Liturgical Ministers

It takes so many people to make our Mass beautiful.  Some areas where we always need volunteers to assist as Liturgical Ministers at the Mass are:

  • Altar Servers - Children who have received their First Eucharist through Adults are invited to join this ministry.
  • Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion - required to be commissioned by the Bishop. 
  • Lectors - Youth and Adults eligible with Pastor approval.  Must be able to read and speak clearly and requires ability to climb stairs to the ambo.
  • Music & Choir Ministry - Have a love of music, vocal and instrumental with the ability to attend rehearsal.
  • Sacristans - High School and older willing to prepare the altar for teh celebration of Mass.
  • Greeters - Offer an enthusiastic and cordial welcome to parishioners and visitors, answer general questions, assist with seating, offertory & bulletin distribution.
