For April, the book club will read The Rainbow Comes and Goes: A Mother and Son On Life, Love, and Loss by Anderson Cooper and Gloria Vanderbilt. An appealing memoir with inspirational advice, The Rainbow Comes and Goes is a beautiful and affectionate celebration of the universal bond between a parent and a child, and a thoughtful reflection on life, reminding us of the precious insight that remains to be shared, no matter our age. We will meet on Monday, April 17th, 11:30 am at Saltgrass Steak House (formally Landry’s), 905 E Gregory St, Pensacola, FL 32502, 850-434-3600. Pease come and join us.
Here is a video of Anderson Cooper and his mother Gloria Vanderbilt and yes that is her picture on the front of the book at age 91!
